Ross is a co-founding director of Skylark Real Estate having previously worked in the Capital Markets teams at Deloitte LLP, Gerald Eve and subsequently MK2 Real Estate. Ross specialises in business space advising on investment and development and has experience working in London, Manchester and Birmingham markets.

Ross is a keen golfer and is often found on the course and is renowned for his three putting. He lives in Nottingham and is a lifelong fan and avid follower of Nottingham Forest Football Club, spending his weekends at the world famous City Ground.

Prior to co-founding Skylark Real Estate, Jonathan spent nearly 15 years in the Capital Markets team at Knight Frank in Birmingham. Prior to that he enjoyed spells at CBRE and Chesterton, with a placement year at Knight Frank's Prague office.

He lives in Solihull with his wife and two children and they regularly enjoy trips to the seaside in their camper van. Jonathan is a keen tennis player and an occasional 5-a-side football player, when injuries permit. He enjoys live music and comedy, especially when craft beer is involved.

Steve is a consultant to Skylark Real Estate with over fifty years of experience in property development and construction. He has a wealth of knowledge and experience across both commercial and residential sectors and has been involved in the delivery of schemes across the Midlands.

Outside of work, Steve is a competitive rower and recreational golfer. When he isn’t on the course or on the river, Steve enjoys relaxing with a good glass of wine whilst listening to his favourite Northern Soul classics.
